Reducto is seeking a Manager, Sales Development to build and lead their outbound sales engine from the ground up. This is a critical 0→1 role where the successful candidate will define the outbound strategy, establish systems, develop talent, and set the standard for pipeline generation. The SDR team is young and based onsite in San Francisco. The role offers the opportunity to shape the outbound culture, execution, and scale a function vital to the company's revenue growth.
