The Manager, Revenue Operations supports the execution and continuous improvement of revenue operations across Sales and Customer Success, with a focus on pipeline performance, sales efficiency, and customer lifecycle optimization. This role is responsible for ensuring that go-to-market processes are scalable, data-driven, and aligned across the customer journey—from opportunity through renewal and expansion. You will partner closely with Sales and Customer Success leaders to improve pipeline visibility, forecasting inputs, and customer outcomes. Reporting to the Director, Revenue Operations, you will translate business requirements into scalable systems and workflows, while applying automation and AI tools to improve efficiency and insight generation.
