We are looking for a highly analytical and strategic Revenue Operations Manager to align sales, marketing, and customer success teams around a unified revenue strategy. This role is responsible for optimizing processes, systems, and data to drive predictable revenue growth and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 4–8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related roles
  • Strong experience with CRM systems (e.g.,Hubspot) and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau)
  • Proven ability to translate data into strategic insights
  • Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in SaaS, data/analytics, or subscription-based business models
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)
  • Background in finance, consulting, or business operations
  • SQL or advanced Excel skills

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership to develop and execute revenue growth strategies
  • Own forecasting processes, pipeline management, and performance tracking
  • Identify opportunities to improve revenue generation and retention
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve go-to-market (GTM) processes
  • Standardize workflows across the customer lifecycle (lead ? opportunity ? close ? expansion)
  • Drive operational rigor in deal management, handoffs, and account ownership
  • Own and optimize the revenue tech stack (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement tools)
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and proper system integration
  • Evaluate and implement new tools to improve productivity and insights
  • Build dashboards and reporting to track KPIs across the funnel
  • Analyze pipeline performance, conversion rates, and revenue trends
  • Provide actionable insights to leadership for decision-making
  • Act as a central point of coordination between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success
  • Support territory planning, quota setting, and compensation design
  • Enable teams with data, tools, and processes to achieve targets
