About The Position

The (USA) Manager, Project Management leads multiple medium-scale projects by collaborating with stakeholders to develop and deliver effective electrical solutions aligned with organizational objectives. The role manages electrical end-of-life project plans, schedules, budgets, and communications to support timely execution and achievement of goals. The manager builds relationships with sponsors and teams, promotes continuous improvement, and supports associate development through coaching and mentoring. The position upholds company values and ethical standards while driving operational excellence and maintaining focus on customer and business needs. The team designs and executes electrical infrastructure strategies supporting Walmart’s Electrical End of Life Supply Chain operations. It works to ensure power systems are safe, compliant, and reliable for current needs and future growth, collaborating with stakeholders to plan, schedule, communicate, monitor progress, and manage project budgets. The annual salary range is $70,000–$130,000, with additional annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Certain positions may also include stock.

Requirements

Proven experience managing multiple medium-scale projects or workstreams using established project management methodologies.
Strong project planning, scheduling, and communication skills to align stakeholders and teams.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders and clarify requirements and expectations.
Expertise in monitoring project budgets, costs, and milestones and proactively identifying and addressing risks and changes.
Commitment to upholding company policies, ethics, and standards with integrity and professionalism.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field and 2 years of experience in project management, business, operations, or a related area; or 4 years of experience in those areas without the stated degree requirement.
At least 1 year of experience working in cross-functional teams.
