About The Position

The Manager, Project Management leads multiple medium-scale projects by collaborating with stakeholders to develop and deliver effective electrical solutions aligned with organizational objectives. This role involves managing end of life electrical project plans, schedules, budgets, and communications to ensure timely execution and achievement of goals. The manager fosters strong relationships with sponsors and teams, promotes continuous improvement, and supports associate development through coaching and mentoring. Upholding company values and ethical standards, this position drives operational excellence while maintaining focus on customer and business needs within a dynamic environment. The team leads the design and execution of electrical infrastructure strategies supporting Walmart’s Electrical End of Life Supply Chain operations. They ensure power systems are safe, compliant, and reliable to meet current needs and future growth. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, the team manages multiple projects by developing clear plans, schedules, and communication strategies. They focus on delivering effective solutions while monitoring progress and budgets. The team fosters continuous improvement, accountability, and strong relationships to achieve business objectives and maintain high standards of integrity and operational excellence.

Requirements

Proven experience managing multiple medium-scale projects or work streams using established project management methodologies.
Strong skills in project planning, scheduling, and communication to effectively align stakeholders and teams.
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding of requirements and expectations.
Expertise in monitoring project budgets, costs, and milestones while identifying and addressing risks and changes proactively.
Commitment to upholding company policies, ethics, and standards with integrity and professionalism.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 2 years’ experience in project management, business, operations, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in project management, business, operations, or related area.
1 year’s experience working in cross-functional teams.
