In this role, Project Managers are not mere coordinators; they will drive complex, multi-workstream technology programs in demanding enterprise environments, collaborating directly with senior client stakeholders and cross-functional delivery teams. The work encompasses digital transformation, data platform rollouts, enterprise system implementations, and AI-enabled modernization programs. A secondary skill such as business analysis, change management, process design, or technical fluency is considered a significant advantage.

Requirements

  • Experience in a consulting or professional services environment, with the ability to onboard quickly, establish credibility, and operate independently.
  • Strong command of program and project management fundamentals, including planning, risk management, change control, and escalation handling.
  • Comfortable presenting to senior client leadership and operating within complex organizational structures.
  • A complementary secondary skill, such as business analysis, process design, change management, data literacy, or technical fluency in managed platforms.
  • Experience using AI tools in a professional workflow and curiosity about their application in improving delivery velocity and program outcomes.
  • Based in LA or Orange County, with the ability to be on-site at client locations in the Southern California area as required.

  • Coordinate delivery teams, including engineers, architects, designers, and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment, removing blockers, and driving progress. Identify and resolve issues proactively to prevent escalations.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with client leadership, communicate program status clearly, navigate organizational dynamics, and assertively push back when necessary.
  • Establish project infrastructure, including governance cadences, RAID logs, status reporting, decision logs, and change control processes.
  • Contribute to engagements beyond pure project management, such as business analysis, requirements facilitation, change management planning, or vendor coordination, depending on the specific needs of the engagement.
  • Utilize AI tools to enhance program reporting, risk synthesis, meeting follow-ups, and stakeholder communications, and assist clients in developing AI-enabled delivery practices.
