About The Position

DP World is seeking a motivated and organized Project Management Intern (Transformation) to join its Transformation (PMO) team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This 10-week summer 2027 internship provides hands-on experience supporting transformation projects, including the rollout of Oracle Fusion and DarwinBox across the Americas region. The role is intended for students pursuing a degree in Business, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field and offers exposure to corporate project management and change initiatives.

The position is hybrid, with four days onsite and one day remote. The program dates are listed as May 31 to June 6, 2027. The internship does not offer employment visa sponsorship; applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future. Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Interest in project management and business transformation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with a team.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project scheduling, meeting coordination, and documenting action items.
• Help identify, document, and track project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Support communications and change management activities related to system rollouts.
• Assist in preparing project status reports, dashboards, and stakeholder presentations.
• Support day-to-day project management tasks to help ensure project milestones are met.
• Provide assistance on additional transformation initiatives as needed.
