About The Position

Dorman Products is hiring a Project Management Intern for a 10-week summer internship beginning in late May 2027. Based in Colmar, Pennsylvania, the position works with the Project Management team and follows a hybrid schedule of four days in the office and one virtual day per week. Intern projects will be identified closer to the start date based on business needs. The intern will support special projects, process improvements, and product transitions from development into production. The role is full-time and pays a US base rate of $22 per hour; actual pay may depend on job-related knowledge and skills, experience, business needs, location, and internal pay equity.

Requirements

• Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a relevant area.
• Be detail-oriented, highly organized, and resourceful, and work well in a cross-functional team environment.
• Be able to develop relationships and initiate, communicate, and take actions to resolve issues internally and externally.
• Be capable of lifting 20 pounds.
• Regularly reach, swivel, carry items from one building to another, speak, and actively listen.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Management team with special projects, to be identified closer to the start date based on business needs.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Work with cross-functional teams to create standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously to transition products from development into production.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
