About The Position

WINT is a global water-technology company that uses AI-driven smart water meters to detect leaks, prevent water damage, and reduce waste in commercial buildings. The intern will support WINT’s US region, which delivers systems across more than 60 active projects in more than 20 states, spanning new construction and live, occupied buildings. The role works directly with the US Operations and Deployment team and regularly collaborates with colleagues across WINT’s global organization, in a fast-growing startup environment with meaningful responsibility from day one. The role is based in Greater Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, or Greater Austin, Texas, and is primarily remote. The intern will meet in person with the US Operations and Delivery Manager weekly or biweekly for project reviews, planning, and mentorship, either on campus or at a nearby workspace. Occasional local project and site visits provide exposure to installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting in commercial buildings. Candidates must be located in Greater Pittsburgh or Greater Austin. The intern supports end-to-end project delivery, field operations, stakeholder coordination, installation reviews, troubleshooting, technician scheduling, project financial tracking, project documentation, and process improvement. The position offers learning opportunities in commercial building systems, smart-building technology, construction project management, commissioning, and field operations.
