About the Team As a product manager of the Claims Workflow Product team, you will lead the product strategy at the epicenter of customer trust, associate experience, and operational risk across Operational Workflows and Customer Communications. Leading four dedicated engineering pods, you will drive foundational platform modernizations and eliminate operational friction across our dispute lifecycles. If you are a strategic product leader, ready to manage scaled operational complexity, optimize end-to-end associate workflows, and build high-impact servicing capabilities, this may be the role for you! Requirements

  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience

  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
