About the Team The Decisioning Platform team is looking for an experienced product manager to help shape the future of decisioning at Capital One. Our mission is to build a unified platform for all decisioning capabilities across the company. This will empower teams to author, host, manage, execute, and audit their decisioning logic through a modern, seamless workflow. In this role, you will bridge stakeholder strategy and engineering execution by translating complex organizational needs into a high-impact roadmap for a dedicated engineering squad. Requirements

  • Currently have, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing
  • OR Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience

  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
