The Decisioning Platform team is looking for an experienced product manager to help shape the future of decisioning at Capital One. Our mission is to build a unified platform for all decisioning capabilities across the company. This will empower teams to author, host, manage, execute, and audit their decisioning logic through a modern, seamless workflow. In this role, you will bridge stakeholder strategy and engineering execution by translating complex organizational needs into a high-impact roadmap for a dedicated engineering squad.

Requirements

Currently have, or be in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing OR Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience.
