This role functions as the Manager of Product Management in Digital Commerce Experience, defining and creating innovative products at GPC. The Manager of Product Management is a deep business expert in one or more industry areas and a thought leader regarding the intersection of customers, business, and technology. This role aligns and fosters collaboration across the organization to drive customer-led solutions as part of a wider roadmap. The Manager is responsible for attracting, retaining, and developing top talent focused on assessing market needs and inspiring cross-functional product teams to achieve value. The focus is on guiding and executing the delivery of business value to drive sales, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction through quality product production. Within the designated enterprise product line of Commerce Platforms (Product Discovery, Commerce Science, Product Catalog Mgmt), the Manager works closely with developers, designers, and business partners, guiding business reviews and communicating across all organizational levels. The Manager leads the strategy for delivering quality, value-adding products, generating innovative ideas for growth, and driving change management and process improvement. This role often leads teams of Product Managers responsible for high-profile, impactful products, overseeing and being accountable for one or more products supporting multiple feature teams and typically overseeing other feature teams supported by APMs or Sr. APMs to drive and own the overall product roadmap.
