The Chicago Bulls are seeking a Manager to join the People & Culture (HR) team, playing a critical role in delivering a high-quality employee experience across the full talent lifecycle. This position will focus on talent acquisition, onboarding, early-career programming, and people analytics, helping to attract, engage and retain top talent across the organization. As an individual contributor, the Manager will drive full-cycle recruiting efforts for full-time and game-day roles, while building strong talent pipelines and ensuring an efficient, best-in-class candidate experience. Additionally, this role will lead and execute all aspects of the Bulls’ Rookie Program, a season-long internship experience supporting a cohort of 20+ interns. This role requires a highly organized, relationship-driven professional with strong project management capabilities and a foundation in HR generalist practices, particularly in recruiting operations and onboarding. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates sound judgment, and can effectively manage competing priorities while handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
