About The Position

Serves as a liaison with health centers, businesses, and other key community organizations to establish relationships focused on collaborative opportunities. Works closely with CFM directors and employed physicians to evaluate, plan, and facilitate projects that support the system’s mission and objectives. Provides direct oversight for clinic care coordinators and outreach services. Supports clinic operations across Moberly, Paris, Chillicothe, and Brookfield, Missouri; travel among clinic locations is required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and physicians.
• Experience supporting clinic operations across multiple locations.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree preferred.
• Medical background preferred.
• Knowledge of and experience with healthcare services delivered in a Rural Health Clinic (RHC) setting.
• Experience may be considered in lieu of a medical background.
