About The Position

The Outreach Services Associate contacts and schedules appointments for patients or clients, including consultations, meetings with community agencies, and diagnostic tests. The role also sets up and maintains files and records, and collects and organizes statistical reports. Depending on the position, the associate may provide bilingual translation and/or guidance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–1 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively while being sensitive to cultural diversity.

Nice To Haves

• Fluency in Spanish; bilingual ability is highly preferred.
• Prior experience with the LGBTQ community.

Responsibilities

• Contact patients and schedule appointments for consultations, agency meetings, and diagnostic tests.
• Collect and organize data required for statistical reports and complete reports as required.
• Attend and participate in meetings as appropriate.
• Set up files and maintain records.
• Provide incoming and in-process orientation.
• Depending on the position, provide bilingual translation and/or guidance.
• Perform related duties as required.
