About The Position

The Outreach Manager develops and maintains key relationships and partnerships to promote services offered within the care center. The role generates qualified referrals that lead to community leads and admissions through marketing, outreach, and public relations activities. The position is based at TidePointe, a Vi Community, at 700 TidePointe Way, Hilton Head Island, SC 29928.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in business development, public relations, and/or marketing.
A college degree.
A valid and current state driver's license.
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication, and presentation skills, including public speaking.
Ability to network with local community leaders, organizations, and professionals.
Knowledge of operations, services, and the continuum of care across all venues in the community.

Nice To Haves

Experience in business development, public relations, and/or marketing in health care is preferred.
Experience with community outreach and presentations to groups, organizations, and individuals of various sizes is preferred.

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities to promote the community and coordinate referral and outreach events or activities that attract and secure referrals and generate leads.
Develop and evaluate quarterly and annual outreach and marketing plans.
Represent the company and establish relationships with business and community leaders.
Conduct public speaking engagements and tours of the community and care center.
Partner with the Sales Director to identify potential care center residents.
