About The Position

RPM Raceway Syracuse is seeking a Manager on Duty to lead daily venue operations during a shift and support the team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. The role oversees service, safety, and operational excellence across race operations, attractions, arcade, food and beverage, and guest services. The Manager on Duty works with venue leadership to support sales, guest satisfaction, and team engagement. Requirements

At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in hospitality, entertainment, retail, restaurants, family entertainment centers, or similar environments.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
Comfort working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Ability to stand, walk, and actively manage operations throughout a shift.

Responsibilities

Lead and support frontline team members throughout the venue.
Ensure outstanding guest service and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
Oversee race operations, attractions, arcade, food and beverage, and guest services.
Coach, motivate, and develop team members while maintaining accountability.
Monitor staffing levels, labor costs, and operational efficiency.
Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and procedures.
Conduct opening, closing, and shift management responsibilities.
Handle cash management, deposits, and daily reporting as needed.
Partner with venue leadership to drive sales, guest satisfaction, and team engagement.
