About The Position

Burke Williams Day Spas is seeking an inspiring, motivating Manager on Duty to oversee the daily operation of its Mission Viejo spa. The role balances spa operations, team leadership, and personal connections with guests to ensure the facility runs safely, efficiently, and smoothly while delivering exceptional customer service. The Manager on Duty supports team performance through communication, training, feedback, coaching, recognition, and accountability, and helps create memorable guest experiences that reflect Burke Williams standards.

Responsibilities

• Create an inspiring team environment with open communication.
• Motivate team members to provide excellent guest experiences and hold them accountable to company standards for performance, dress code, and other expectations.
• Monitor team performance through training and feedback, identify training needs, and provide coaching.
• Listen to feedback from team members and guests and resolve issues or conflicts in a mutually beneficial way.
• Recognize and reward strong individual and team performance.
• Encourage creativity, innovation, and team camaraderie.
• Oversee daily spa operations, including opening and closing, cash reconciliation, and balancing schedules, to ensure the facility runs safely and efficiently.
• Ensure Burke Williams standards are met throughout the spa.
• Inspire the team to go above and beyond to create memorable guest experiences.
