About The Position

Pax8 is hiring a Manager of Solutions Consulting to lead and grow its Google category in the United States. The role combines commercial ownership, people leadership, and hands-on partner engagement to establish how Pax8 takes Google solutions to market across Google Workspace, Google Cloud, and Gemini. The manager will help build the category from the ground up, develop strategic partner relationships, and create the operating rhythms and capabilities needed to scale the business. The role is responsible for category strategy and performance, including revenue, pipeline, forecasting, partner activation, and growth opportunities. The manager will personally develop and transact with strategic partners during the launch phase while building and coaching a high-performing consulting team. The position also connects opportunities across the Google portfolio, strengthens vendor relationships, coordinates go-to-market execution with Account Management and Marketing, supports partner migrations, and brings teams together to resolve marketplace, transaction, and enablement challenges. Success means stronger partner activation, healthy pipeline, reliable forecasts, increased Gemini adoption, and a consulting team that scales with the opportunity. The position is remote in the United States.
