About The Position

The Manager of Biomedical Services is directly responsible for the overall operation and management of an assigned account. The role oversees account personnel and contract performance, maintenance and inspection schedules, asset management software, purchasing, and financial planning. The position supports healthcare operations by helping maintain regulatory compliance and equipment uptime. Intelas, a Compass Healthcare company and member of Compass Group USA, provides asset management services to healthcare sites nationwide. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.

Requirements

Certification or an associate degree in Electronics/Biomedical Technology, military training, or equivalent experience.
At least five years of experience in the biomedical field.
At least four years of supervisory experience.
Strong time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Administer on-call, maintenance, and inspection schedules.
Review and approve purchase orders.
Plan, organize, and direct effective contract performance through management and direction of account personnel.
Ensure the validity of the asset management software program, administer the software, and ensure work orders are entered without delay.
Review financial statements and prepare budgets with senior management.
Perform other duties as assigned.
