This role is best for someone who has a combination of strong Marketo expertise with excellent operational discipline and a sharp eye for optimization. The ideal candidate is someone already using AI in practice and is comfortable applying AI to improve speed, quality, analysis, testing, and overall team productivity. You will own email and nurture strategy, oversee marketing automation execution, and ensure the quality and effectiveness of key programs across forms, routing, data, and campaign workflows. This role will also manage one specialist level role focused on Email Marketing. This role sits within marketing, but partners closely with RevOps who owns the broader company-wide systems and operations. This role owns marketing’s automation strategy, execution, and process improvement, with Marketo at the center.
