About The Position
SBM’s Manager-in-Training (MIT) is a rigorous 9-week program built to develop emerging leaders through on-the-job training and structured professional development. Graduates leave with a strong operational foundation, enhanced leadership abilities, and the confidence to drive performance across SBM sites.
