About The Position
The Management Trainee position at Everclean Car Wash is designed for motivated individuals who are willing to learn the business from the ground up and develop into future leaders. Trainees will begin by working as Tunnel Crew, learning all aspects of daily operations including customer service, sales, safety, equipment, and site maintenance. As leadership, reliability, and strong performance are demonstrated, opportunities to advance into supervisory and management roles will be available. This is presented as a career path with opportunities to grow, lead people, and eventually manage a location, rather than just a job.
Requirements

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout a shift

Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and create a positive experience
- Safely guide vehicles into the wash tunnel
- Educate customers on membership options and promotions
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility
- Perform opening, closing, and operational procedures
- Work as part of a team to achieve sales and service goals
- Learn the systems, standards, and processes used to operate a successful car wash
- Develop leadership skills through hands-on training and coaching
