About The Position

Managers in Training learn Gerber Collision & Glass' processes and the responsibilities of every position in the WOW Process. They are expected to provide an excellent customer experience and strive for high performance. The role includes learning and demonstrating the WOW Operating Way and completing role-based training across several shop positions. Compensation is $56,000–$80,000 per year, paid hourly, and is commensurate with skill, education, and experience. The position may also be eligible for bonus opportunities tied to individual or business initiatives. Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Successfully complete the required role-based certifications and competencies.
Complete the GM Onboarding program and demonstrate knowledge of the WOW Operating Way.

Nice To Haves

Automotive technical education or training.
Completed courses specializing in repair procedures.

Responsibilities

Ensure consistent execution of the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
Complete the CSR Role Based Certification and perform CSR duties for several weeks to learn the role.
Complete the Parts Coordinator Role Based Certification and perform Parts Coordinator duties for several weeks to learn the role.
Complete the Estimator Role Based Certification and perform Estimator duties for several months to learn the role.
Successfully complete role-based competencies for each position in the shop.
Complete the GM Onboarding program and demonstrate knowledge of the WOW Operating Way.
Provide excellent customer service and strive to be the best.
