About The Position
The Manager in Training learns Gerber Collision & Glass processes and the responsibilities of positions in the WOW Process. The role focuses on delivering a positive customer experience and striving for high performance. The position includes training and practical experience in customer service, parts coordination, and estimating, along with completion of onboarding and role-based competencies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Complete courses specializing in repair procedures.
- Successfully complete role-based competencies for each position in the shop.

- College or military background.
- Automotive technical education training.
Responsibilities
- Ensure consistent execution of the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
- Complete the CSR Role Based Certification and perform CSR duties for several weeks to learn the role.
- Complete the Parts Coordinator Role Based Certification and perform Parts Coordinator duties for several weeks to learn the role.
- Complete the Estimator Role Based Certification and perform Estimator duties for several months to learn the role.
- Successfully complete the role-based competencies for each position in the shop.
- Complete the GM Onboarding program and demonstrate knowledge of the WOW Operating Way.
- Provide an excellent customer experience and strive to be the best.
