About The Position
Manager in Training (MIT) program designed to prepare individuals for management roles within the company. The program focuses on developing sales teams, increasing profits, providing exceptional customer service, and cultivating long-term customer relationships. Ideal candidates are highly motivated, thrive in a commission-driven environment, and have a desire to build a career in the skincare industry. Requirements
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Proven customer service experience
- Two or more years of management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- One or more years of face-to-face sales experience
- Reliable transportation, and flexible availability including nights & weekends
- Friendly competitive drive to meet sales goals
- Polished professional appearance
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and organization
- Ability to stand, bend, walk for 7+ hours per day

Responsibilities
- Managing all day-to-day salon operations including labor control, staff hiring, development, and retention
- Meeting team and individual sales quotas, measured daily/weekly/monthly
- Consulting customers in a professional, upbeat manner
- Proactively building loyalty and long-term relationships with customers
- Increasing customer traffic through local store marketing
- Maintaining up-to-date client billing records, including tracking and reconciling delinquent accounts
- Maintaining a clean and organized salon
- Cash handling, opening/closing business
- Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking
