About The Position

Under direction, the Manager II, Transportation Services plans, organizes, controls, and manages the district’s transportation services, operations, and vehicle maintenance. The role administers district transportation policies and supervises and evaluates assigned staff.

Requirements

• Any combination of work experience and education equivalent to a bachelor’s degree with a major in business administration, public administration, or another related field.
• Four years of increasingly responsible supervisory experience in transportation.
• Valid California driver’s license.
• Provide a personal automobile and proof of insurance.

Nice To Haves

• Class A or B driver’s license with Passenger and school bus endorsements.
