This role is responsible for overseeing the configuration, administration, and maintenance of the HCM (HRIS) platform and related digital tools. The Manager HR Digital & HCM will partner with IT to ensure stable system integrations, security protocols, and data flow between HR and other business systems. They will also be responsible for maintaining organizational structures, positions, job codes, and pay rules within the system, establishing governance processes, and ensuring compliance with data protection laws. This role prepares the HCM for annual events like open enrollment and performance reviews, processes UKG Core HR data entry for locations without an HR Manager, and works with IT on UKG assessments and improvements. Additionally, they will oversee system upgrades, build and maintain workflows, manage end-user access rights, and ensure the correct configuration of the HCM for business acquisitions and new contract mobilizations. The role also involves driving data integrity, developing a comprehensive HR reporting framework, interpreting workforce data, and supporting compliance activities. Furthermore, the Manager HR Digital & HCM will evaluate emerging HR technologies, identify automation opportunities, lead change management efforts, and act as an advisor for potential solutions. They will lead full-cycle project management for HR technology initiatives, define project scope, milestones, and success metrics, and develop business cases for new digital initiatives. Collaboration with IT, Payroll, Benefits, and Operations is key to aligning system capabilities with business needs.
