About The Position

The Manager, Global Performance Creative leads performance creative strategy across all WeightWatchers markets. The role determines what creative to test, why to test it, and how to act on results, with success measured by acquiring new members at an affordable customer acquisition cost. The manager oversees one Creative Strategist, directs production partners and creators, and serves the US Growth and International Growth teams. The role also uses AI tools to accelerate creative operations, manages production quality, partners with legal and clinical reviewers on regulated claims, balances priorities across markets, reports weekly learnings to growth leadership, and develops the Creative Strategist.

  • Experience building or running a high-volume creative testing framework.
  • Experience directing production partners, editors, and creators.
  • Experience managing or mentoring strategists.
  • A track record of using AI tools to speed up research, briefing, or production, and readiness to demonstrate work created with them.
