The Family Support Services Manager provides leadership, program oversight and staff supervision related to the day-to-day operations of services that enable a caring onsite patient family experience at Prosper through supportive programs and nurturing collaborative relationships. At Cook Children’s, everyone should feel like family. The Family Support Services manager focuses on how healthcare experiences impact childhood development, emotional safety, and family dynamics. When we do this well, we establish a safe space for children to receive care and a strong advocacy and engagement for their own healthcare to last a lifetime. The Manager manages programs and staff that deliver, educate towards and support these efforts to ensure we can deliver on our Promise.
