About The Position

The Manager, Facility Services oversees multiple operations-improvement projects and stores. The role defines project scope and objectives, leads a team, and manages project planning and governance. Responsibilities include assembling management plans, tracking plan changes and resolving critical issues, monitoring project budgets and costs, and providing stakeholders with presentations, status reports, and other project documentation at regular intervals. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field and 3 years of experience in facilities management, construction management, mechanical maintenance, engineering, or a related area; alternatively, 5 years of experience in one of those areas.
• EPA 608 Certification within 90 days of hire.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
