About The Position

Cintas is seeking an Operations Manager for its Facility Services business. The role is responsible for profitably growing and maintaining the business within a designated market. The manager leads and oversees sales and operations to meet company targets for customer retention, growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. The role also directs Facility Service partners through sound management practices and administration of company policies and procedures to achieve defined goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to travel approximately 5% of the time, including overnight travel.
• Meet Department of Transportation (DOT) or applicable Canadian provincial requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
• Before the first day of employment, have an active driver's license, be at least 21 years of age, obtain DOT medical certification, and provide documentation regarding previous employment.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
• 3–5 years of performance-driven management and/or sales experience.
• Management experience in a service environment.
