About The Position

The Manager, Facility Services oversees multiple projects and stores by defining project scope and objectives, leading a team, and managing project plans. The role includes assembling management plans; tracking changes and resolving critical issues; governing project plans; monitoring project budgets and costs; and regularly delivering presentations, status reports, and other project documentation to stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.

The role is based at the listed Walmart location in West Chester, Ohio. The position requires an EPA 608 Certification within 90 days of hire. Compensation packages are determined by factors including skills, experience, geographic location, qualifications, and other job-related factors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field and 3 years of experience in facilities management, construction management, mechanical maintenance, engineering, or a related area; or 5 years of experience in one of those areas.
• EPA 608 Certification within 90 days of hire.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
