What you will be doing: The Hydro Flask Growth Marketing Manager position is a data-driven and results-oriented role, leading our customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty efforts. This role will drive performance across multiple digital marketing channels, including performance-focused paid social, on-site SEO, CRM, email marketing, and loyalty programs. The ideal candidate has a strategic mindset and hands-on approach to executing campaigns that drive engagement, revenue growth, and customer lifetime value. This role will be crucial in expanding Hydro Flask’s e-commerce audience, deepening our 1st party data and community e ngagement, and driving sustainable growth.
