Responsibilities

Developing and executing our entire marketing strategy, including: Google Business Profile optimization, Online review strategy and reputation management, Google Local Services Ads (LSAs), Pay-Per-Click campaign management and vendor oversight, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), AI Search Optimization (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and emerging platforms), Website management and ongoing improvements, Social media strategy and content creation, Email marketing campaigns, Community outreach and local events, Referral and customer loyalty programs, Property manager and commercial partner communications, Marketing analytics and reporting, Brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
