We're investing heavily in ecommerce, AI, customer experience, and experimentation to build a faster, smarter, more customer-centric marketing organization. We're looking for someone who believes marketing is more than managing a calendar and launching promotions — someone naturally curious, highly organized, deeply customer-focused, and constantly asking: "How can we make this campaign more relevant? More memorable? More effective?" As our Ecommerce Marketing Manager, you'll become the operational heartbeat of our marketing organization. You'll partner closely with our General Manager of Ecommerce to transform growth priorities into coordinated campaigns across email, paid media, merchandising, creative, onsite promotions, and lifecycle marketing. You'll own the marketing calendar, keep cross-functional teams aligned, and ensure campaigns launch on time and at a high standard. More importantly, you'll help us move away from "checkbox marketing" toward thoughtful, customer-first marketing built around experimentation, segmentation, and continuous improvement. This role is equal parts marketing strategist, project manager, creative collaborator, and experimenter.
