About the position
The Manager-Demand Generation will work closely with the Manager - Demand Generation and upper management of the Marketing team to drive lead generation programs, processes, and systems. They will be responsible for executing the enterprise demand generation strategy, as well as building, implementing, and measuring new systems, processes, and campaigns. This role will involve coordinating with prospects, engaging in dialogue to understand client requirements, and working collaboratively with the Sales Team to obtain feedback on the quality of marketing-generated leads. The Manager-Demand Generation will also be responsible for tracking lead metrics, analyzing campaign performance, and driving data capture and management.
Responsibilities
- Drive lead generation programs, processes, and systems
- Execute enterprise demand generation strategy
- Build, implement, and measure new systems, processes, and campaigns
- Own the complete lead generation and management process
- Coordinate with prospects and frontend team for business meetings/calls
- Conduct secondary research and gather relevant information about prospects
- Engage in dialogue to understand client requirements and expectations
- Collaborate with Sales Team and obtain feedback on MQL quality
- Track full-funnel lead metrics and provide recommendations for program and campaign investments
- Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance
- Deliver weekly campaign performance briefs to leadership
- Drive data capture and management, including database health checks, cleansing, and augmentation
- Partner with product marketing and campaign management teams for proper messaging and execution of campaigns
- Use account-based marketing technology for multi-channel campaigns targeting largest customers
- Have knowledge of Sales funnel and pipeline structure
- Implement enterprise lead generation programs and processes
- Possess strong technical aptitude and management skills
- Conduct industry research
- Take a solution-oriented approach and produce high-quality results
- Balance multiple campaigns and come up to speed quickly on new campaigns
- Create task-based and process flow documentation
- Have understanding of Healthcare Domain and Big data Technologies (plus)
- Have excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Possess strong analytical skills with marketing science
Requirements
- Highly experienced in implementing enterprise lead generation programs and processes
- Strong technical aptitude, fantastic management skills with a great track record of working across sales, marketing and technology teams
- Proactive, decisive, independent thinker and should be good into industry research
- Solution-oriented approach with proven ability producing technically accurate, high-quality results
- Demonstrated ability to come up to speed quickly on a new campaign and balance multiple campaigns
- Experience creating task-based and process flow documentation
- Healthcare Domain and Big data Technologies understanding will be plus
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with marketing science
