Senior Manager-Digital Marketing

We are seeking a talented Senior Manager-Digital Marketing to lead our firm's digital marketing initiatives. This role will involve developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies across various channels, such as websites, emails, social media, and paid media. The main objective is to generate demand for our products and solutions, strengthen our reputation, and drive continuous growth. The Senior Manager-Digital Marketing will also be responsible for planning and executing digital campaigns, managing social media presence, analyzing campaign performance, and ensuring a positive return on investment.

Lead the entire digital marketing initiatives for the firm

Define and drive the digital and web strategy across all digital assets

Create effective digital marketing strategies to build demand generation programs

Reach out to the market and cultivate customer's interest in products and solutions

Create and manage digital marketing plan to meet website traffic, inbound requests, and subscriber targets

Develop content and web strategy for demand generation programs

Own planning, messaging, and management of digital channels

Work closely with tech teams, different functions within marketing, and different departments across the company to create a coherent digital strategy

Develop campaign briefs, landing page structures, and content strategy based on campaign objectives and audience research

Strategize and execute email marketing workflows and campaigns for lead generation

Plan the digital campaigns calendar and execute critical digital marketing initiatives

Manage social media through proactive content creation and posting, community management, and spokespeople image management

Plan and execute paid campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness

Perform data analytics and track campaign performance

Manage monthly spends and ensure ROI in all activities

• Experience across different digital organic and paid channels – social media, SEO/SEM, Programmatic, Display campaigns, e-mail marketing, web analytics etc.
• Marketing/campaign/product/project management experience with any agency would be a bonus
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns to completion under concurrent, rigorous deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• Excellent knowledge of the campaign briefing process
• Managing/Maintaining all the documentation required in the campaigning process
• Proficient in using CRM, reporting and Email Marketing Tools
• Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
