About The Position

Capital One is seeking a Data Analyst to support the Hotels Travel Agency team at Capital One Travel. This role partners with Product and Engineering to define what to measure, close tracking gaps, and turn a complex domain into clean, reliable data the business can trust. The position uses data analysis to guide product and business decisions, measure launches and experiments, troubleshoot data issues, and improve data models, reporting, and operational effectiveness. The ideal candidate combines technical skills with business context, sound judgment, customer focus, collaboration, clear communication, and hands-on use of AI-powered tools to investigate data and code while validating the results.
