About The Position

The Construction Delivery Enablement Manager drives internal alignment and continuous improvement across North America construction delivery. The role helps ensure project and field teams have the information, training, communications, and tools they need to work effectively. The manager learns how teams currently work and absorb information, then develops practical approaches to improve how information is delivered and how initiatives are adopted. The manager designs and improves the delivery enablement operating model; builds change and adoption plans and measures their effectiveness; owns delivery training, onboarding, and communications; and partners with Delivery leaders and related functions. The position calls for a creative, practical problem solver who can create structure in ambiguous situations and influence without direct authority.
