About The Position

Vantage is seeking an experienced, strategic, hands-on leader to own how technology and data enable its North American construction delivery organization. The role begins with understanding the business: partnering with field, project and functional teams to learn how work gets done, identify important problems, and develop technology and data solutions around users’ needs. The position owns the path from problem definition through requirements, technology strategy, solution evaluation and implementation, pilots, data connections, adoption and value measurement. This is a senior-level individual contributor role on a lean team. The person will set strategy while personally driving work forward, owning the Delivery organization’s technology ecosystem and roadmap, leading cross-functional initiatives and pilots, and improving how information is connected and used. The role also identifies opportunities involving technology, automation and AI, and makes recommendations to scale, modify or stop solutions based on demonstrated business value. Vantage describes its culture as having “No Ego and No Arrogance,” emphasizing mutual support, respect, enjoyment at work and efficient work. The company offers an above-market total compensation package and a comprehensive suite of health and welfare, retirement, and paid leave benefits, as well as benefits, recognition, training and development opportunities. Vantage is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
