Pushpay•Colorado Springs, CO
•$210,000 - $230,000•Hybrid

About The Position

The Manager, Catholic Sales leads Pushpay’s Catholic sales team and drives consistent new-logo revenue growth, primarily through parish-level sales while supporting diocesan sales efforts alongside the Senior Manager, Business Development. This hands-on leader directly manages four Account Executives and provides dotted-line leadership to 5–6 Sales Development Representatives. The role establishes a high-performance culture based on accountability, coaching, and disciplined sales execution, and owns the team’s day-to-day operating rhythm, including pipeline management, forecasting, deal progression, territory management, and performance management within an account-based sales model covering US territories. Working with the GM of the Catholic Business Unit, the Senior Manager of Business Development, Revenue Operations, and cross-functional partners, the manager translates go-to-market priorities into actionable sales plans and predictable revenue results. The role carries the team revenue target rather than a personal quota. It includes hands-on seller coaching, talent development, forecasting and Salesforce discipline, territory and account planning, support for strategic sales opportunities, and collaboration on Catholic market and customer engagement.
