Manager, Business Development - USA

ReVisionz•Houston, TX

About The Position

The Manager, Business Development generates new business for ReVisionz with owner-operators across North America. The role opens new accounts and wins additional work with existing clients across the company’s digital asset enablement portfolio, including systems integration, data and AI solutions, consulting, and managed services, with emphasis on services engagements, projects, and programs. Prospecting and building a qualified pipeline are the primary priorities. This is an individual-contributor position with substantial field time meeting prospects and clients face to face. It has no direct reports. The Manager is supported by ReVisionz’s sales function, including marketing, as well as peers, delivery leads, and management. Success is measured by new relationships with buying influencers, qualified pipeline growth, and new business won across the portfolio. The Manager develops industry and account insight, qualifies opportunities, leads discovery and business-case development, shapes solutions with practice leads, and advances proposals and RFP responses through signed statements of work. The role also represents ReVisionz at industry events, contributes to market strategy and marketing efforts, and ensures a coordinated handoff to delivery teams.
