About The Position

CVEDIA is hiring a Business Development Manager to grow its business in the US and Canada. The role takes over an existing portfolio of regional accounts, grows their revenue, and develops new integrator, distributor, and enterprise end-user relationships across security, retail, transportation, and critical infrastructure. The manager owns the region’s revenue target, builds and closes pipeline, recruits and equips channel partners, and shares market feedback with product and engineering teams. The position reports to the Chief Commercial Officer. The role is fully remote, with no offices. The employee needs some overlap with European afternoons (US mornings) for team meetings. Travel includes about two trade shows a year and occasional visits to larger customers and partners. The company holds an in-person meetup once a year, usually in Europe. Compensation consists of base salary plus commission, depends on experience, and is discussed in the first conversation.
