About The Position

Aristocrat is seeking a Manager, AR Billing & Collections to lead billing and collections operations across the Americas. The role is accountable for billing quality, aging, customer escalations, dispute resolution, and collection performance, and works to deliver high standards of operational performance and customer service.

The manager leads the Billing Operations Lead - Americas, Collections Supervisor, and AR Resolution Team, while partnering with the India AR Delivery Hub on standardized billing support and cash application dependencies. The position ensures US-based AR work focuses on customer-facing, judgment-based, and exception-based activities, and supports the transition of routine billing activity to India while retaining accountability for the Americas.

The role sets priorities, reviews performance metrics, identifies process improvements, and partners with the Credit & Risk Supervisor on high-risk accounts, credit holds and releases, and collection-blocking issue strategy. It also develops team capability, role clarity, SOP adherence, and service expectations. The manager identifies and prioritizes automation opportunities and drives adoption of approved AI-enabled tools and automated reporting to improve accuracy, efficiency, aging management, and resolution cycle times.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, collections, or order-to-cash operations.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience or demonstrated readiness to manage leads, supervisors, and specialist teams.
• Strong knowledge of billing, collections, customer disputes, and AR controls.
• Ability to partner with offshore or shared-service teams and drive process standardization.
• Strong communication, prioritization, and customer blocking issue management skills.
• Familiarity with approved AI-enabled tools, workflow automation, dashboards, and common efficiency applications to improve process accuracy, reporting, and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Own Americas billing and collections outcomes, including billing quality, aging, customer escalations, dispute resolution, and collection performance.

• Drive adoption of approved AI-enabled tools and automated reporting to improve billing accuracy, collection efficiency, aging management, and resolution cycle time.
