About the position

The Manager - Northern Europe Account Management role at Recorded Future is responsible for expanding and driving revenue growth across the existing client base in the UK and Nordics regions. The manager will be in charge of hiring and training new sales professionals, tracking sales activity, providing accurate sales projections, and creating metrics to drive results. They will also be accountable for revenue outcomes in the defined sales territory and will play a crucial role in upselling and renewing ARR sales targets. The ideal candidate should have proven sales leadership experience, exceptional command of enterprise sales methodology, and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of sales professionals in upsell & renewal ARR sales targets
  • Be a corporate ambassador for the region for clients, partners, and the security community
  • Drive sales excellence across the reps for the region
  • Coach reps to improve every day and assist in closing deals
  • Coordinate, direct, and monitor weekly performance against defined KPIs
  • Demonstrate command of the plan, talent, and operation
  • Be accountable for revenue outcomes in defined sales territory
  • Deliver accurate team forecasts against expansion and churn targets
  • Drive the business through a management operating rhythm
  • Motivate, coach, and direct a team to consistently achieve goals
  • Leverage KPIs to measure the business and make informed strategic outcomes
  • Identify, hire, develop, inspire, and retain talent
  • Have exceptional command of enterprise sales methodology
  • Have excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Utilize sales tools effectively
  • Have strong organizational skills
  • Have 5 years of proven sales leadership experience with a consistent track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Have a proven track record of talent and performance management
  • Have a proven track record of managing a team of remote employees across different regions with different languages
  • Have a proven track record of cultivating and growing an install base of enterprise organizations through command of the sale excellence
  • Have a proven track record of meeting targets, reliability in forecasting, and risk mitigation.
