Management Training Program
About The Position
Stew Leonard’s Management Development for College Graduates program is designed to prepare talented individuals to move into managerial roles as the company expands. Over 12–18 months, participants work in a paid, full-time hourly position and complete structured learning and training. Participants gain hands-on experience in a specified department while developing technical skills, product knowledge, and an understanding of Stew Leonard’s values and culture. The program combines on-the-job learning, structured modules, classroom-style training, one-on-one coaching, and mentoring with senior executives. Training covers aspects of Human Resources, Finance, Sales, and Marketing.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree or higher.
- Minimum grade average of C or better.
- Submit an online application.
- Attach a resume that includes a 250–500-word essay answering each of the following: why you are interested in the program and why you are a good candidate for the program.
- Supervisor experience or equivalent.
- Willingness to relocate for the program and/or after graduation.
- Flexible schedule that includes opening and closing shifts.
