About The Position

Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers is seeking hands-on management candidates for an accelerated leadership development track. As a Manager in Training, you will complete all levels of training while serving customers and learning all aspects of the store and company. The program offers management and sales experience and the opportunity to develop into key leadership roles at an automotive maintenance provider.

Requirements

• High level of motivation and hands-on management skills.
• Strong customer service skills and a desire to build long-term trust and relationships with customers.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

• Automotive experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Consistently create results for customers, teammates, and the company.
• Ensure customers are greeted courteously and receive a high level of customer service.
• Schedule service appointments and answer questions in person and by telephone.
• Consult customers on their service needs and keep them updated on vehicle progress.
• Provide customers with a positive experience.
• Ensure company expectations are met, maintained, and exceeded.
• Become involved in every aspect of store operations.
• Communicate accurately with teammates and technicians to establish time commitments that meet company and customer standards.
• Take on additional duties when necessary.
