About The Position

Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers is seeking hands-on management candidates interested in growing into leadership roles. As a Manager in Training, you will complete all levels of training while serving customers and learning the various aspects of store operations and the company. The Management Training Program provides management and sales experience as part of an accelerated leadership development track.

Requirements

• High motivation and hands-on management skills.
• Strong customer service skills and a desire to build long-term trust and relationships with customers.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including prolonged standing, stooping, and bending; exerting specified levels of force; and working at a production-rate pace involving constant pushing and/or pulling of materials.

Nice To Haves

• Automotive experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Create consistent results for customers, teammates, and the company.
• Ensure customers are greeted courteously and receive a high level of customer service.
• Schedule service appointments and answer questions in person and by telephone.
• Consult customers on their service needs and keep them updated on vehicle progress.
• Provide customers with a positive experience.
• Meet, maintain, and exceed the company's expectations.
• Participate in every aspect of store operations.
• Communicate accurately with teammates and technicians to establish time commitments that meet company and customer standards.
• Take on additional duties when necessary.
