About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program in the Eastside of Cincinnati, including Beechmont, Eastgate, and Ohio Pike. Trainees begin learning the business from a neighborhood branch, serving as a customer-facing representative and supporting branch operations. The structured, hands-on program provides training, mentoring, and development in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations. Trainees build relationships in the community and develop the knowledge and skills to eventually run a branch, grow its business, and develop a team. The role offers a career path with opportunities for advancement through a culture of promotion from within. Targeted first-year annual compensation is $51,010–$54,552, based on an average 46-hour work week.

Requirements

Have a bachelor's degree, or be within one semester of graduating with a bachelor's degree; the degree must be conferred before starting.
Have at least 6 months of experience in at least two of these areas: sales, customer service, and leadership/management.
Have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
Have no DUI/DWI conviction on record in the past 5 years.
Be authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future work authorization sponsorship from the company.
Be at least 18 years old.
